ICDLI: Dr Lutz Reitzel new Chairman of the Technical Commission

At the Technical Commission meeting held in Frankfurt in April this year, Dr Lutz Reitzel (49, Photo) was elected Chairman of the Technical Commission of the International Committee of the Decorative Laminates Industry (ICDLI, www.icdli.com). Due to the management structure of the organisation, this makes him automatically one of two Vice Presidents of the ICDLI.

Dr Reitzel, member of the management of Resopal GmbH in Groß-Umstadt, Germany, has been a dedicated member of the Technical Commission for a number of years. In his new position, he succeeds Raffaele Bogana of Liri Industriale.

Jorge Pereira of Sonae Indústria was elected deputy chairman of the Technical Commission at the same meeting in Frankfurt.

The International Committee of the Decorative Laminates Industry was founded in 1961 as a lobbying organisation to represent the interests of the European laminates industry. Currently the association has 25 members from 11 countries.
