HT Troplast / profine: Dieter Mayer - New CFO of profine Group

The Supervisory Board of HT Troplast GmbH (profine Group, www.profine-group.com) has appointed Dieter Mayer (50, Photo) as Managing Director taking effect September 4, 2008. In this position, he will be the Chief Financial Officer of profine Group.

During the last 12 years, Dieter Mayer was the CFO of Dywidag Systems International, Aschheim, a company internationally operating as supplier to the building and mining industry. Besides his duties in the administrative and financial management of the group, he carried out several company take-overs, thereby enforcing the tremendous growth of Dywidag Systems. Moreover, he is experienced in private-equity ownership structures.

Prior to this, Mr. Mayer held various leading positions with Klein, Schanzlin & Becker AG, Frankenthal.

Mr. Mayer holds a Master Degree of Business Administration from the University of Stuttgart.
