HT Troplast / profine: Hans Herpoel resigns from his office as Managing Director

Hans Herpoel has resigned from his office as Managing Director of HT Troplast GmbH and profine GmbH (profine Group, www.profine-group.com) and COO of the Group with immediate effect for personal reasons. The Supervisory Board has accepted this decision. The Supervisory Board wishes Hans Herpoel all the best for the future. Advert In the interim, Hans Herpoel’s responsibilities as COO will be assumed by the chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Marco von Maltzan.
