Evonik: New Head of Polyesters & Adhesive Resins Product Line

Dr. Martin Welp took over as head of the Polyesters & Adhesive Resins Product Line from Dr. Thomas Wildt on January 1, 2009. Martin Welp joined Evonik (www.evonik.de) in 1999. After working in various areas of the Group, in 2004 Martin Welp, who has a doctor´s degree in chemistry, became managing director with operational responsibility for Evonik Colortrend B.V. in Maastricht, Netherlands. Recently Dr. Welp had responsibility for the management of global marketing in the Colorants Product Line and the Polytrend business.
