plast expo 09: Moroccan plastics fair successful
 The 102 exhibitors from Algeria, Austria, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, India, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, Syria, Switzerland, Taiwan and Tunisia demonstrated their latest technologies to visitors from North- and Central-Africa. Advert In contrary to the economical situation in most parts of the world, the production of the Moroccan, North-African and African plastics industry is still on the upswing, with double-digit growth rates in 2009 as well as in the past few years. 35,000 employees work in the Moroccan plastics industry alone, generating a turn-over of Euro 600 million in 2008.
