Polytec: Eduard Schreiner appointed as new CFO
|
The Supervisory Board of POLYTEC HOLDING AG appointed Mag. Eduard Schreiner as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of POLYTEC HOLDING AG (www.polytec-group.com). Eduard Schreiner will start mid of October 2009. Eduard Schreiner has a long lasting experience as CFO of public listed companies with an international orientation and focus on profitable growth. Advert Among others, from 2002 to 2008 Eduard Schreiner was member of the board and CFO of Palfinger AG. Before it, Eduard Schreiner worked nine years for OMV AG. At first he was responsible for international M&A projects within the Finance and Tax department. Afterwards, since 1998 he was managing director of OMV Czech Republic and responsible for the establishing and growth of the OMV Group at the Czech market.
Directly after his final degree at the Vienna University of Economics, Eduard Shreiner was working for Deloitte & Touche in the area of auditing and tax consulting for four years. Until his start, the function will be temporarily taken over by CEO Friedrich Huemer. |
