Semperit: New Producition Facility for Examination Gloves
|
The global market for disposable examination gloves is growing continuously. In order to satisfy the increasing demand and to pave the way for further growth, Semperit (www.semperit.at) has finalised plans to build a new production facility for this segment in Surat Thani, Thailand. The state-of-the-art plant and its equipment will be designed according to the latest know-how in production and manufacturing technology. The total investment will amount to approximately 25 million euros and will permit additional capacity of roughly 3 billion pieces per year at the end of the first stage of expansion. Advert This new production facility will be integrated into the existing joint venture Siam Sempermed and will be operated in conjunction with proven partner Sri Trang Agro Industry.
