These materials are used for sealing, casting, bonding, as well as in model and mold making, and are utilized in sectors including the automotive industry, electromobility, electrical and electronic manufacturing, the household appliance industry, and the packaging sector. Advertisement The facility in Tianjin includes a production and office building, storage capacities, a laboratory, and an application engineering center. With the new plant, Rampf will have two production hubs in China in the future: the existing site in Nantong and the new unit in Tianjin. The company expects the additional capacities to cover the increasing demand from both Chinese and international customers. According to the company, the construction of the site was facilitated by local political support. Rampf sees the expansion in China as an essential part of its global growth strategy, as the market for high-performance and specialty materials in the region continues to grow dynamically and demands high quality standards.
