Meusburger: Standard parts manufacturer reorganizes management, focusing on continuity and digitalization

The standard parts manufacturer Meusburger reorganized its management team at the beginning of 2026. Following years of preparation, Guntram Meusburger handed over the operational leadership of Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co KG to Stefan Kraxner in January 2026. Moving forward, Kraxner will lead operations together with Tobias Fuchs, Head of Finance and Central Functions, and Simon Köb, Head of Sales and Marketing.

With this new leadership structure, the company is focusing on personnel continuity and extensive industry expertise. All three managing directors have many years of experience within the company and are deeply rooted in the tool and mold making industry. The goal is to ensure stability in a challenging economic environment and to further strengthen the focus on customer requirements.

Stefan Kraxner brings comprehensive practical and management experience from the tool and mold making sector. He has already contributed his technical expertise, including in hot runner technology, as Managing Director of Meusburger Deutschland GmbH and as COO at the headquarters in Wolfurt. Simon Köb has been with Meusburger for around ten years and has been part of the executive board since 2019. His previous responsibility as Sales Manager Europe shapes his market- and customer-specific perspective. Tobias Fuchs has been responsible for group-wide financial matters for several years, has been a member of the executive board since 2022, and was appointed authorized signatory (Prokurist) as part of the reorganization.

A key focus of the new management will be the further expansion of digital services. With the Meusburger Portal, the company operates a central ordering and service platform that goes beyond simple product ordering. It supports customers throughout the entire product life cycle – from CAD integration and individual configurations to service and reordering processes – and is intended to make workflows in tool and mold making more efficient.

Guntram Meusburger is withdrawing from day-to-day operations but will remain with the company as owner at the holding level. In this role, he will continue to support the strategic direction. The succession plan is part of long-term planning aimed at stabilizing Meusburger's leadership structure and securing the company's future development.
