Kreyenborg: Melt filtration specialist celebrates 60th anniversary

Kreyenborg looked back at 60 years on 1st April, 2013.

The family-owned company started in 1953 with the trade of tubular grounding busses for lightning conductors and focused in 1957 on the construction of mixers for concentrates and hammer mills before the promising plastics industry came into focus in 1965.

The product portfolio includes Kreyenborg melt filters, polymer melt pumps and valves.

With locations in Germany, USA, China, Malaysia, as well as agencies around the world, Kreyenborg wants to ensure a high quality service. All manufacturing facilities are located exclusively in Germany. The establishment of new offices is already planned.

Three subsidiaries complete the product portfolio. Underwater pelletizing systems (BKG/Muenster), Infrared dryers (KPT/Senden) and automation technology (BSG/Uedem) are among the Group’s product portfolio, in order to eliminate potential problems at process-relevant interfaces.
