Rieter-Automatik is now Automatik Plastics Machinery

Effective today, Rieter Automatik GmbH is operating under a new name: Automatik Plastics Machinery GmbH. This marks the completion of the company´s acquisition by CGS Management AG.

Earlier this year, CSC Management AG of Pfäffikon, Switzerland, acquired Grossostheim-based Rieter-Automatik from Switzerland´s Rieter Group.

Today´s change of name marks the final step in this divestiture process as Automatik Plastics Machinery now competes in the world market as a stand-alone company. The "Automatik" brand is already well-known to customers; the company was originally founded in 1947 as "Automatik Apparate- und Maschinenbau" and conducted business under this name until the nineties. Automatik has also rebranded itself with a striking new logo which will be used for all its future communications. Its new website www.automatikgroup.com is likewise online as of today, with a modern design offering both convenience and expanded customer service functionality.

This change of name will have no effect on the company´s products and services, location, sales and service representatives, or existing contractual relationships. Automatik Plastics Machinery GmbH will remain "Your Supplier for All Pelletizing Systems".
