The new site is part of the company-wide “Factory 2030” program. According to Tobias Kuhn, Managing Director Industry, the initiative aims to expand production capacity, increase productivity and efficiency, and further strengthen the company’s position in the international market. A closer integration of development, manufacturing, and customer service is one of the strategic goals of the project. With the expansion, Maincor is creating 70 new jobs. Completion of the facilities and the start of production are planned for summer 2026. Applications for the new positions are already being accepted. In parallel, planning is underway for the “Building Technology Academy,” which will include training, seminar, and exhibition spaces for Maincor and partners from the sanitation, heating, and air-conditioning sectors.
