After four decades in a leading role, Ulrich Reifenhäuser has stepped back from his operational position as Managing Director of the Reifenhäuser Group. During this time, he played a key role in shaping the company’s development and also had a significant influence on the plastics processing industry as a whole. For many years, Ulrich Reifenhäuser was responsible for the company’s strategic direction, entrepreneurial continuity, and the expansion of its international activities. His leadership style was characterized by close relationships with employees, customers, and business partners, as well as by a strong personal commitment to the company. Ulrich Reifenhäuser had already handed over the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of the Reifenhäuser Group to Marcel Perrevort in mid-2024. Ulrich Reifenhäuser will remain closely associated with the Reifenhäuser Group and will assume a role on the Advisory Board in the future. In this capacity, he will continue to support the company with his experience in an advisory role. Operational management remains with CEO Bernd Reifenhäuser. With Jan Karnath, who joined the operational business in 2024, a representative of the fourth generation of the entrepreneurial family is now serving on the management board for the first time. This underscores the Reifenhäuser Group’s commitment to continuing to be run as a family-owned company. The management team announces that it will continue on its chosen course and jointly drive the further development of the company. More information: www.reifenhauser.com |
