In addition, he is responsible for the production site in Knetzgau, including research and development. Wittmann has many years of leadership experience in industrial companies with international production and market responsibility. Under his leadership, the industrial sector is to be further developed and expanded internationally. Tobias Kuhn, previously Managing Director of Industry, is moving into responsibility for the Building Technology division. There, he is to drive strategic development, particularly with a view to energy efficiency, sustainability, and system solutions. Kuhn has been with the company for many years and represents continuity in leadership. Dieter Pfister remains Managing Director and is responsible for central, cross-divisional functions as well as the overall strategic coordination of the company. This is intended to ensure alignment between operational implementation, financial management, and long-term corporate development. Maincor generates an annual turnover of over 80 million euros. With the "Factory 2030" investment program, the company plans to invest more than 6 million euros in automation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and resource-efficient production processes.
