Rinco Ultrasonics is presenting various systems for the ultrasonic welding of thermoplastics at Fakuma 2026. The portfolio includes servo-electric and pneumatic welding machines, components for automated production lines, and handheld devices for manual applications. The focus is on reproducible processes, short setup times, process monitoring, and integration into different production environments.

Servo-electric welding machine with quick-change system
Among the systems on display is the Electrical Motion2-20 servo-electric ultrasonic welding machine. It is designed for applications requiring precise control of the welding process and reproducible results.

A quick-change system for the tooling fixtures is intended to simplify switching between different applications and reduce the setup times involved. The machine also features functions for user management, logging changes and operating actions, and exporting process data.

The system is therefore particularly suitable for production environments in which welding parameters, process sequences, and operator interventions must be documented and components or batches need to be traceable.

Revised pneumatic standard machine
With the Standard2-745, Rinco is also presenting a revised pneumatic ultrasonic welding machine. The system combines the basic mechanical design of the previous series with an updated control system and expanded process-control functions.

Seven welding modes are available for different applications. In addition, an unlimited number of parameter sets can be stored. Multi-level user management restricts access to settings and operating functions according to the respective authorization level.

Additional quality functions are used to monitor and evaluate the welding processes. The modular design allows the machine to be used both at manual workstations and within automated production lines and customized special-purpose machinery.

Maintenance and accessibility were also taken into account in the design. This is intended to simplify necessary service work and limit downtime.

Components for automation and manual applications
In addition to the two welding machines, Rinco is presenting electric feed units and ultrasonic generators with operating frequencies of 20 and 35 kilohertz. The components are intended for integration into automated production systems and customized machine concepts.

The trade fair program also includes ultrasonic handheld devices for manual welding and processing tasks. Using various welded samples, the company demonstrates applications of ultrasonic technology on components from different industries.

Joint trade fair presence with KLN Ultraschall
Rinco Ultrasonics is exhibiting at Fakuma 2026 together with its sister company KLN Ultraschall AG. Both companies are part of the Crest Group.

The joint trade fair presence includes solutions for ultrasonic plastic welding, industrial cleaning processes, and customized ultrasonic systems. The portfolio therefore covers both individual manufacturing steps and integrated applications within industrial production processes.
