Meusburger: Standard Parts, Cleanroom Technology and Digital Design Solutions – Factory Tours at the Wolfurt Site

Meusburger will present product innovations, range expansions and digital applications for tool, mould and machine making at Fakuma 2026. Key topics include standard parts and hot runner technology, components for cleanroom applications, and digital tools to support design and procurement. In addition, the company is offering factory tours at its Wolfurt site.

Plates, mould bases and components
In the field of standard parts, Meusburger will showcase its range of plates, mould bases and high-precision components. The raw materials used are stress-relief heat-treated to support dimensional stability and reliable further processing. A high level of in-house production and extensive inventories are intended to ensure that components are available at short notice.

The range of components includes guide elements, ejectors, slide systems, centring elements and hot runner solutions, among others. The components are coordinated with one another, helping to simplify mould design, reduce the number of different procurement sources and support standardised manufacturing processes.

Components for cleanroom applications
Another focus of Meusburger’s trade fair presentation will be solutions for moulds and production processes under cleanroom conditions. For these applications, the company will present a coordinated range of plates, materials, components and hot runner systems.

The components are designed for applications in which particle emissions must be limited and reproducible process conditions maintained. Material selection, surface finish and component design are intended to help minimise potential sources of particles in the mould. The range is aimed particularly at users in industries with stringent requirements for cleanliness and process stability.

Digital support for designers
At Fakuma 2026, Meusburger will also provide information about the digital functions available through its customer portal. These include configurators that allow standard parts to be selected, customised and prepared for specific design tasks. The aim is to automate recurring work steps and facilitate the integration of product data into the design process.

A key focus is the Meusburger CAD tool. The software provides access to the company’s standard parts library and enables users to configure CAD models. The installation space required for the respective components can also be taken into account. The generated data can be used in various CAD systems.

Injection moulding application on an Engel machine
Together with Jell GmbH & Co. KG, Meusburger will demonstrate a practical example combining standard parts with application-specific hot runner technology. Bag clips will be produced on an Engel injection moulding machine during the trade fair.

The mould and production concept was jointly developed from the prototype stage through to series production. The demonstration is intended to show how the coordination of mould components, hot runner technology and process parameters creates the conditions for stable series production.

Factory tours at the Wolfurt site
From Tuesday to Friday, 13 to 16 October 2026, Meusburger will offer factory tours at its headquarters in Wolfurt alongside the trade fair. Visitors will be able to see the production facilities, warehouse areas and manufacturing processes used for the company’s standard parts range.

The tours will provide insights into the processing of raw materials, the manufacture of standardised components and the logistics processes between production, storage and dispatch.
