At Fakuma 2026, Envalior will present material solutions for data centers, electromobility, advanced driver assistance systems, drones and robotics. Other focal points include circular polyamides and the development services offered by “Envalior 360 Innovation Services.”For data centers, Envalior will showcase materials for thermal management, power distribution and connectors. The portfolio includes “Durethan” PA6, “Pocan” PBT with a CTI value of 600, “Xytron” PPS, “Stanyl” CR310 with a glow-wire flammability index of 960°C and “ForTii” C11F as a potential replacement for thermosets. The materials are designed for applications including higher power densities and 800 V DC architectures. For electric powertrains, the materials manufacturer will present flame-retardant grades with increased tracking resistance. Components for power electronics, terminal blocks and electric motor busbars are based on “Pocan” PBT, “ForTii” PA4T PPA, “Xytron” PPS and “Durethan” PA6. The focus is on electrical insulation, dimensional stability and resistance to stress cracking in high-voltage applications. An ultra-thin overmolded electric motor insulation made from “Stanyl” PA46 is intended to enable greater torque density without increasing the size of the motor housing. In addition to automotive applications, Envalior cites cooling fans for data centers, robotics, drones and power tools as potential uses. Other exhibits include components for liquid- and air-cooling systems made from “Akulon” PA66 and “Xytron” PPS, laser-weldable radar components made from “Pocan” PBT and “Xytron” PPS, and structural components for drones. For the latter, Envalior combines lightweight “Tepex” composites with all-plastic and hybrid solutions. In the field of sustainable materials, Envalior will present “Xytron” B-MB. The ISCC Plus-certified PPS grade is produced using waste cooking oil under the mass-balance approach. Together with recycling technology developer Secara, the company will also provide information on recovering high-purity caprolactam from plastics obtained from end-of-life vehicles. Catalytic depolymerization is intended to produce PA6 with virgin-material-level properties. The project also addresses future requirements under the proposed EU End-of-Life Vehicles Regulation concerning recycled content in vehicle components. “Envalior 360 Innovation Services” combines materials science, testing, simulation, application development, CAE, AI-powered tools and sustainability consulting. The services are intended to support material selection and component development across multiple development phases.
