Haitian Highlights Injection Molding, Automation and European Manufacturing

At Fakuma 2026, Haitian International will present two injection molding applications at its own booth, complemented by additional machines operating at partner stands. The company’s trade fair presence will focus on servo-hydraulic and all-electric machine technology, integrated automation, digital process connectivity, and the continued expansion of its European manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

For the automotive sector, a JU7500V from the “Haitian Jupiter” series will produce a 254 g PMMA light guide for rear-light applications. The setup uses a single-cavity mold equipped with Oerlikon HRSflow’s servo-driven “Flexflow HRS” valve gate system. Cycle time is approximately 65 seconds. The servo-hydraulic two-platen machine is integrated with temperature-control equipment and a Haitian robotic cell.

A second application is aimed at the packaging industry. A ZE3000F from the all-electric “Zhafir Zeres Fast” series will produce 24 HDPE tethered caps in an HTW mold at a cycle time of less than three seconds. The production cell is combined with Intravis’ “CapWatcher Compact” inspection system for part handling and quality control. The machine is also connected to Osphim’s cloud platform, allowing production data to be visualized and made available for process analysis.

In parallel, Haitian is expanding its automation portfolio together with Haitian Smart Solutions. The range extends from standard pick-and-place applications to customized automation cells. According to the company, open interfaces are a key element of the integration strategy, enabling third-party components and systems to be incorporated into complete production solutions.

Expanding European Manufacturing
Another key element of Haitian’s European strategy is its production site in Ruma, Serbia. The facility currently manufactures servo-hydraulic machines from the “Mars” and “Jupiter” series and also serves as a regional spare-parts hub.

At the same time, Haitian is expanding engineering and R&D capabilities at the site in the fields of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. The aim is to adapt machines and integrated production solutions more closely to the requirements of the European market. Haitian commissioned the Ruma facility in 2025 and is continuing to strengthen its local manufacturing, engineering, service, and spare-parts presence in Europe.

Haitian Machines at Partner Stands
Additional Haitian machines will be running at partner booths during the exhibition. At Gollmer Formen in Hall A2, Booth 2213, a “Haitian Mars” MA900V will produce a PA6 gas-cylinder wrench in a two-cavity mold with a cycle time of 30 seconds.

At TST DE in Hall A1, Booth 1512, an all-electric “Zhafir Zeres” ZE1500V will manufacture a medical nasal component from LSR in a four-cavity mold supplied by Elmet. The machine is based on the fifth generation of Zhafir’s electric platform and is designed for compact production cells and short dry-cycle times.

With its Fakuma 2026 presence, Haitian is combining further developments in injection molding machinery with automation, digital production connectivity, and increased localization of manufacturing, spare-parts supply, and engineering in Europe.
