WEIMA Energy: Martin Friz new Managing Director

Martin Friz (Photo) has become the new Managing Director at WEIMA Energy GmbH (www.weima-energy.com) in Ilsfeld/Germany, an established machinery manufacturing company specialised in production of shredding machines for Refuse Derived Fuels (RDF). He has replaced the previous Managing Director, Harald Hoffmann, who has left the company with effect from 31 May 2008. Martin Friz has held management responsibilities within the WEIMA group since 2003, as partner and managing director.

The change in management is associated with increased concentration on single machine business. Martin Friz says: "the future strategic direction of WEIMA Energy is intended to involve a stronger focus on our extensive quality standards, short reaction times and high flexibility for solutions tailored to specific customer needs". We understand ourselves here as being a provider of extensive solutions and a reliable partner for our customers in the waste and disposal industry, a dynamically growing market".
