Payment: 50/50 TT bank wire transfer; 50% per our PRO FORMA INVOICE (PI) when we accept your PURCHASE ORDER (PO); balance per our PI upon emailing loading photos, pack list, confirmed SSL booking. After all funds are received, we email weight tickets empty and loaded from a public scale and ingate the container.
If the final net weight per the weight tickets is less than the PI net weight, we will refund any excess payment by the Buyer via TT ban wire transfer.
If the final net weight per the weight tickets is greater than the PI net weight we will bill the Buyer for the cost of the excess shipped (but not yet paid for) quantity.
Sample: If you pay the cost of shipment by providing a FEDEX or similar courier account number to us, we will send a free sample.
Other: Subject to prior sale. We prefer a long term steady buyer who can buy our expected 4 x 40' hc per month for the rest of this year.
