We have regularly occurring production materials available for recycling into new regranulates or other applications in the form of regrinds.
These materials are thermally bonded geotextiles with tensile strengths of approximately 8 kN/m to 16 kN/m in both machine and cross direction.
The MFI is expected to be in the range of 22–30 g/10 min at 230 °C.
The integrated core mats consist of a PP copolymer with an MFI of 40–50 g/10 min at 230 °C and tensile strengths of approximately 1–4 kN/m in both machine and cross direction.
The materials are available in various products with:

5 m length, weighing up to 500 kg per roll, or
2 m length, weighing up to approximately 50 kg per roll.

A full truckload can contain up to a maximum of 5,000 kg per truck.
We do not have on-site shredding capabilities.
