• Material: PP (polypropylene – regranulate / compound)

• MFI: 12-14 (TDS with impact strength available upon request)
• Filler: talc – 10% (currently in production)
  Other specifications available: 5%, 20%, 30% (according to customer specification, MOQ – minimum order quantity: 1 ton)
• Quality: PIR, clean, homogeneous, fully homogenized fraction
• Quality characteristics: high parameter consistency, excellent process stability
• Price: 990 EUR / t (EXW/FCA, PL 55-110)

Upon request we can provide TDS, SDS, material photos and a commercial sample.

Material for customers who do not want unpleasant surprises on the machine, but repeatable quality and smooth, trouble-free production.
Successfully replaces virgin material.

Customization available upon request:

• regranulate / compound production with MFI range 3–25
• talc or calcium carbonate filler content from 5–40%
• adjustment of other material properties (incl. impact strength) to specific applications.
