PAYMENT: 50/50 TT Bank Wire Transfer.
a) 50% per PRO FORMA INVOICE (PI) total for each month's 2x40'hc loads.
b) 100% of Balance Due per the PI (after the 50% prepayment) by TT Bank Wire Transfer as soon as we send you PACKING LIST, EXACT WEIGHTS; and CONFIRMED BOOKING.
c) After all funds are received, we in-gate the containers to the Steamship Shipping Line (SSL), email the FINAL INVOICE, LOADING PHOTOS, and Express Release the OB/L as a SEA WAYBILL.
OTHER: Subject to prior sale. We prefer a 2025 year-long contract. For certain destinations we will need the Buyer's/Consignee's complete, valid IMPORT LICENSE to import HS 3915.10 and HS 3915.90; License must be in both original language and official English translation.
