Proven in production
Our grade is used in pipe extrusion, in wastewater manholes, in compounding and
in regranulation. The material has been run in these applications, not merely
specified for them.

Genuine post-consumer recyclate
HD-PE from defined collection streams - blow-moulded containers and crates, ex
DSD or ex recycling centre. Not production scrap, not relabelled industrial
material. EuCertPlast certified · RecyClass · ISO 9001:2015 · certified waste
management company (EfbV). The documented PCR content can be used for your own
recycled content reporting under PPWR - batch documentation on request.

From our own continuous production, not a one-off lot. Reproducible quality,
available monthly, framework agreements possible.

The low MFI together with the high strain at break is what makes this grade run
in extrusion.

Origin and processing
Post-consumer from defined streams (ex DSD / ex recycling centre, blow-moulded
containers and crates). Ground, washed and de-dusted on our own line.

Quality assurance per batch
Polymer purity check for every big bag. Retained sample stored and documented for
every big bag. Production to ISO 9001:2015. Every delivery is traceable, not just
the initial sample.

Availability and logistics
180 t available immediately ex warehouse Osnabrück, reproducible on a running
basis. Big bag, octabin or silo. Part quantities from 18 t. Ex works or delivered
on request. Second site at Hilter a.T.W. for additional storage capacity.

Price
0.61 EUR/kg (610 EUR/t) ex works, net.

Samples free of charge at any time - usually dispatched within two working days.

From our own production we also supply PP, PE and MPO grades as regrind,
agglomerate and granulate, as well as toll grinding and washing of rigid plastics.
