Rosti Group: Acquisition of US based Injection Moulding Company Plastic Components

Rosti Group AB has acquired Plastic Components, Inc. (PCI), a US-based injection moulding company. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Rosti's market position in the United States and make the Group a truly global partner for its customers. Founded over 75 years ago, Rosti is a global plastic injection moulding company and contract manufacturer serving manufacturers in the packaging, consumer appliances, business machines, medical and automotive sectors. Headquartered in Sweden, Rosti has production facilities located across Europe and Asia. Advert Founded in 1989, PCI delivers engineered thermoplastic components for a variety of applications, including flow control, consumer, pool & aquatics, automotive technology, small engine, and medical. Headquartered in Germantown, WI, with additional locations in Cary, NC and Clearfield, UT, PCI boasts a nationwide presence and has a diverse customer base.
