![]() • improvements in controller design; • new production technologies employed in controller PCB manufacturing and component mounting; • simplifications in controller assembly. Needless to say, the 50-ms controller cycle, the proven PID² control algorithm and the high-speed response based on phase angle fired output have remained unchanged. In a word, the outstanding accuracy and reliability of Gammaflux controllers have remained unaffected by the price cuts. The customer merely receives the established performance for much less money. This makes it even more attractive to tap cost-efficiency reserves in injection moulding by relying on the high control quality of Gammaflux hot runner controllers. The Gammaflux family of TTC high-performance controllers provides users with true state-of-the-art hot runner control technology. Injection moulding applications involving up to 640 control zones can be managed with these devices. The range of LEC controllers supports configurations with a maximum of 24 control zones. These units are available in 2, 6, or 12-zone versions. All controllers are of modular design, making it easy to remove, add or replace individual controller cards.
