The SO.F.TER. Group and Invista have signed a distribution agreement that allows SO.F.TER. to market Invista’s „Torzen“ polyamide 6,6 products in Mexico. The technical and sales staffs from both companies will be available to present the new range at the Plastimagen Show in Mexico City, March 12-15. In addition to distributing „Torzen“ products, SO.F.TER. produces and distributes a wide range of thermoplastic elastomers in Mexico and has recently started the production of rigid compounds - based on polypropylene and polyamide 6 - specifically aimed at the automotive and home appliance industries. SO.F.TER. Mexico is located in the industrial estate of Guanajuato Puerto Interior (Silao, G.to), which has an exceptional logistics infrastructure. In addition to excellent rail and road connections, there is also an International Airport, which is connected to the main airports of Mexico and the United States, and even includes an internal customs.
