Tunhe PBT TH6090 is a high-quality polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) known for its excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength. It features an intrinsic viscosity of 0.90 dl/g, a melting point of 220–225 °C, and a density of 1.30–1.32 g/cm³. With a high melt flow index (45–55 g/10 min), it is ideal for injection molding in automotive, electronics, and fiber optics industries. The material is FDA-compliant according to 21 CFR 177.1660, making it suitable for food contact. It is not classified as hazardous and offers good impact resistance and electrical insulation properties.
