We regularly offer Soft PVC regrind / PVC-P from clean post-industrial production scrap.

The material comes from medical technology production and is ground separately as natural and mixed colour material. Currently approx. 100 t/year are available. The material usually occurs in an approx. 50/50 ratio of natural and mixed colour; combined purchase of both qualities is preferred.

pure Soft PVC / PVC-P
contains DOP plasticizer
therefore not suitable for food, cosmetics or similar sensitive applications
natural and mixed colours are ground separately
not sorted by Shore hardness
not homogenized
within one Big Bag, layer formation and slight Shore hardness variations may occur depending on batch and bag

approx. 50 Shore A: approx. 5–10 %
approx. 60 Shore A: approx. 70 %
approx. 70 Shore A: approx. 0–5 %
approx. 80–85 Shore A: approx. 5–10 % combined
approx. 94 Shore A: approx. 10–15 %
Suitable for technical applications where DOP-containing Soft PVC can be used.
