Nowadays plastics processing constitutes one of the most powerful industries in the world. This branch of the economy - both in Poland and all over the world - is one of a few that are enjoying the most dynamic growth. It can be proved by the International Fair of Plastics Processing PLASTPOL (www.plastpol.com), which will for the 9th time be organized by Kielce Trade Fairs (www.targikielce.pl) - from 31 May to 3 June this year. During the 4 days of this year´s edition of the Fair, more than 600 exhibitors from all over the world will present their offers. The exhibition is annually visited by about a dozen thousand plastics processing specialists. They come to Kielce from all over the world to receive an update on the latest developments in the market, present their products, establish new contacts, exchange experience. Last year´s exhibition was visited by more than 13,000 people from, among others, Germany, Italy, Spain, France. There was also a large number of guests representing companies from Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, and Estonia. This year, similarly to the previous editions of this exhibition, on display in the pavilions will be: machines and equipment for plastics processing, moulds and tools, plastics, components, packaging, recycling technologies. Exhibitors from, among others, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Portugal, Great Britain, and the United States will take pride in exposing their achievements and innovations. The future of the Fair lies in the simultaneously held conferences, scientific symposia, and panel sessions, which enjoy considerable interest shown by the exhibitors and professionals visiting the Fair. Therefore, the co-organizers of PLASTPOL 2005, willing to enable the customers to exchange experience, have prepared a number of meetings with experts. During the course of this year´s edition of the Fair, the visitors and exhibitors will have an opportunity to participate in, among others, seminars, at which the latest achievements and developments in this industry will be addressed. One of the organizers of the conferences is the Institute for Plastics Processing METALCHEM-Toruń, which has planned to hold an international scientific conference on the advancements within selected plastics processing technologies, while the Plastics Processing Company PLASTECH - H. Zawistowski will organize a “PLASTECH INFO” conference in the form of presentations made at the stands. Within the framework of the Open Technical Seminar PLASTECH-INFO 2005, the visitors and exhibitors will be discussing the latest techniques applied in the plastics processing industry. A wide range of interesting presentations will also take place. The MUEHSAM stand will provide an opportunity to see, among others, blow moulding with the use of PP containers, state-of the-art methods applied in the pure film recycling as well as applications of fast multi-function robots, while at the ENGEL stand, there will be chance to see 3-component injection, water injection, or preliminary compression injection. The production of polyethylene terephthalate waste-based deep-extrusion film realized on two-screw extruders, together with new solutions within rubber injection moulding machines and neutral gas injection, will be shown at the stand of the DEREI company. The Warsaw University of Technology will present the methodology applied in putting into operation the PVC extrusion lines, and the Zakłady Azotowe company from Tarnów - new modifications within PA-based constructional plastics. The A. SCHULMAN company is preparing an analysis of modern compound concentrates for the colouring and modifying properties of plastics. These are only some of the subjects and presentations that have been prepared for this year´s exhibition. |
