Gabriel-Chemie: New Compounds and Additives

Being specialised in the colouring and refining of plastics GABRIEL-CHEMIE Group in Gumpoldskirchen/Austria (www.gabriel-chemie.com) presents a bunch of new additives and masterbatches at the Fakuma 2009.

Heavy weight and metallic look
Some products have to have a certain weight in order to perceive the product as having superior value for the end customer or to reduce vibrations. Gabriel-Chemie has now created a compound that combines heavy weight and appearance of metals with the technical properties and easy processability of plastic materials. Common applications are poker chips, door handles, furnisher, menu holders, flower pots, perfume bottle caps and cap inserts, etc.
